Materials Specialist Perioperative

About the role

Under general supervision, supports the needs of assigned Perioperative supply departments in the hospital by ensuring that inventory is obtained in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains a high standard of accuracy and interacts frequently with the hospital material management system. Efficiently manages tasks while working in a sterile, fast paced, and high demand environment. Maintains supply levels to PAR in assigned perioperative areas of the hospital at all times. Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory is obtained in a timely and accurate manner for assigned Perioperative supply departments.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and interact frequently with the hospital material management system.
• Efficiently manage tasks while working in a sterile, fast‑paced, high‑demand environment.
• Maintain supply levels to PAR in assigned perioperative areas at all times.

Requirements

• Experience: 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Education: High School diploma or GED (preferred).

Pay

$16.00 to $26.00 based on experience
