About the role
ISC Material Service Partners are responsible for picking supplies for Operating Room cases at HUP, PCAM, Pennsylvania, Tuttleman ASC, and Radnor. They place instrument trays and supplies into sealed case carts, manage inventory, order supplies, and handle storage and retrieval of instrument sets from Hanel Rotomats. Responsibilities also include checking in supply orders, stocking storage shelves, restocking returned supplies, and transporting case carts between soiled and clean areas.
Responsibilities
- Pick instrument sets and surgical supplies for OR procedures.
- Assess supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Receive supply shipments, stock supplies in storage area, and return supplies to storage area.
- Transport soiled and clean case carts within the ISC.
- Display adequate communication skills with IP staff, supervisors, and others.
- Demonstrate courtesy and respect for employees to fulfill the service mission.
- Modify behavior or work schedule when necessary to achieve department goals.
- Proactively share information and trends.
- Exhibit openness to change and promote it in others.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- 0-1 years of equivalent experience in OR supply chain within a high-volume institution.

1.0 FTE (40 hours per week), Evening Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).
