About the Role
ISC Material Service Partners are responsible for picking supplies for Operating Room cases at HUP, PCAM, Pennsylvania, Tuttleman ASC, and Radnor, and placing instrument trays and supplies into sealed case carts. They inventory and order supplies stored at the ISC, manage instrument sets in Hanel Rotomats, check in supply orders, stock storage shelves, and restock returned supplies. They also transport case carts between soiled and clean areas within the ISC.
Responsibilities
- Pick instrument sets and surgical supplies for OR procedures.
- Assess supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Receive supply shipments, stock supplies in storage areas, and return supplies to storage.
- Transport soiled and clean case carts within the ISC.
- Display adequate communication skills with IP staff, supervisors, and others.
- Demonstrate courtesy and respect for employees to fulfill the service mission.
- Modify behavior or work schedule when necessary to achieve department goals.
- Proactively share information and trends.
- Exhibit openness to change and promote it in others.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- 0-1 years of experience in OR supply chain within a high-volume institution.

Schedule
- 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week).
- Nights, Thursday–Sunday, 10 PM – 6 AM (every 4-6 weekends).
