Key Responsibilities
- Translate manufacturing and business requirements into actionable strategies for risk mitigation, inventory optimization, and supply chain reliability.
- Deliver uninterrupted supply of materials, including gases, chemicals, and direct materials, across Intel's U.S. factory network.
- Operationalize procurement processes to manage inventory, forecasting, and delivery schedules effectively.
- Address and resolve material escalations, inventory risks, and supply chain disruptions.
- Cook up and monitor material acquisition for new product introductions and ramp readiness to high-volume manufacturing.
- Collaborate with suppliers to execute contractual obligations, meet KPI metrics, and provide cost savings and operational improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing, to define customer demand and influence supplier selections.
- Perform bills of materials integrity checks and ensure availability, cost, and quality goals are met.
- Analyze data to improve supply chain processes, resolve operational challenges, and design innovative solutions.
- Drive the development of systems and tools aimed at enhancing efficiency and scalability across the organization.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery, cost benchmarking, liability resolutions, and effective implementation of engineering changes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI, with demonstrated data acumen.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management expertise.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex supply chain challenges.
