Materials Planner 1 - Manufacturing & Distribution

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers across Oracle to plan and deliver solutions for global events and programs.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service and represent the Program Solutions organization with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Source, coordinate, and manage branded merchandise and event-related materials, ensuring adherence to export and trade-compliance requirements.
• Liaise and negotiate with third-party suppliers to support quality, timelines, and cost objectives.
• Manage customer questions, issues, and requests from initial intake through full resolution.
• Build trusted internal partner and vendor relationships through meetings, video calls, phone, and email communication.
• Analyze performance trends and provide strategic insights and recommendations to support growth and improved service delivery.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, trend reports, dashboards, and operational analysis.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, redesign, documentation improvements, and continuous improvement.
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate records using Oracle applications and APEX technologies.
• Support additional Program Solutions activities and projects as assigned by management.
• Identify and apply AI-enabled tools and automation opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, enhance data insights, and elevate the experience for internal partners.

• Hiring Range in USD from $20.58 - $40.24 per hour; from: $42,800 - $83,700 per year.
