About the role
The Materials Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials within Champion Homes. This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and maintains optimal inventory levels.

Responsibilities
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure timely delivery and proper handling.
Develop and maintain an efficient inventory management system to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
Monitor material usage and report on trends to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material supply and demand.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials management or supply chain operations.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
