Materials Management Clerk

Essential Functions

• Affords assistance with supply check-in and verifies against purchase order.
• Forwards purchase orders and packing slips to Accounts Payable.
• Distributes supplies to appropriate locations.
• Maintains a cost requisition system.
• Safeguards the stock room ensuring cleanliness, safety, and orderliness.
• Collects data on chargeable supplies used by each patient and transfers information to the computer system for billing purposes.
• Conducts physical inventory as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• (Preferred) No specific licenses or certifications required.
• No prior experience necessary.

Pay Range

$16.00-$23.78/hr.
