Materials Inventory Manager

The Materials Inventory Manager is responsible for inventory management, warehousing, and receiving, with a primary focus on inventory control, material flow, and the accuracy of raw materials, packaging, supplies, and finished goods movement. This role ensures materials are received, stored, issued, transferred, and reconciled accurately to support production and operational needs while minimizing discrepancies, delays, excess inventory, and waste.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and issue of raw materials, packaging, supplies, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to reduce waste and excess inventory.
• Manage ERP transactions related to inventory receipt, transfer, and issue.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Procurement, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics.
• Generate and distribute inventory reporting to support production planning and operational decisions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in warehouse processes.
