Vista Aircraft Maintenance Van Nuys is an FAA-approved Part 145 Repair Station specializing in comprehensive aircraft maintenance services, including airframe, powerplant, and avionics maintenance, inspection, and repair for the Vista fleet. Responsibilities
- Source parts and materials for aircraft maintenance and inventory.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to secure the best pricing and highest quality service.
- Provide quotes internally and externally while maintaining profit margins.
- Manage purchase orders to vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor outside services to ensure on-time delivery.
- Pick up and deliver parts and materials as needed.
- Perform receiving inspection of parts and materials to ensure conformity with FAA regulations and customer requirements.
- Process core returns to vendors.
- Ensure conformity with FAA regulatory requirements (calibration, certification, shelf life, parts quarantine).
- Perform regular inventory, cycle counts, and maintain min/max requirements.
- Ensure accurate assignment and billing of parts to work orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department.
- Support after-hours “On-Call” (AOG) support on a rotational basis as required.
- Flexible schedule as required to meet business demands.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Knowledge of corporate aircraft parts preferred; experience with Gulfstream, Cessna, Bombardier, or Embraer is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $30 to $35+ per hour.
