Who we are looking for We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to play a vital role in our supply chain operations. In this dynamic position, you'll manage procurement activities that direct impact our production capabilities and customer satisfaction while working closely with multiple teams across the organization. What you'll get to do Execute purchase orders for both production and non-production needs to ensure manufacturing operations flow smoothlySupport supplier quality management, including handling material returns and associated transactions Collaborate with our quality team on supplier development initiativesCreate and maintain production schedules to optimize workflowProcess invoicing for sales orders and manage purchase order receipts in a timely mannerSupport RFQ processes and maintain supplier relationshipsPartner with Quality department to address non-conformance reports and improve supplier performanceProvide backup for distribution functions, including shipping clerk responsibilitiesKeep the Product Fulfillment Manager informed about supply chain challenges such as lead time issues, shortages, and price changesCoordinate product return activities including repacking, restocking, and invoicingParticipate in supplier and internal audits What you bring to the team Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksExperience interpreting purchasing documents and procurement processingProficiency with business software incuding Excel, Outlook, and AdobeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize competing demands based on customer expectationsand business impactSelf-motivated with an analytical problem-solving approachWillingness to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvementAdaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
