About the role

Provide customer service with systematic transactions and facilitate international shipments, receipts, and on-site material movement while meeting customer standards and US/International shipping regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systematic and logical inventory in SAP or similar operating systems
• Receive deliveries from offsite warehousing or inbound shipments, deliver to recipients, and update material trackers including inventory management
• Facilitate movement of material out of stock for engineering usage and return flow to onsite storage
• Track material flow using designated logistic software, websites, and/or email to maintain location and report to customer
• Receive multiple daily deliveries onto customer docks and ensure 100% accountability of material requests
• Maintain Shipping and Receiving logs in Excel spreadsheet format
• Process return of materials from customer site to offsite warehouse—correctly packed, labeled, documented, and handed over to transport
• Verify and notify requestor of shortages, overages, address, billing, and contact information on Shipping Request Form to ensure order accuracy
• Ensure correct and timely material handover with engineers including pull-lists, proof of delivery, and proof of receipt
• Compare quantity, quality, labeling, and address with customer’s order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct
• Assist customer in reintroduction of material into SMS management system
• Control customer dock activities, company equipment/materials, and support material handling
• Ensure proper ESD requirements are met when counting, splitting, and packing material
• Move material physically between Cleanroom Lay Down Area and System Work Area
• Safely and effectively operate a manual pallet jack as needed
• Conduct cycle counts of inventory and log material moved in/out
• Expedite line-down parts and urgent material needs to appropriate work areas
• Perform daily material staging, returns, and system work area organization
• Prepare materials for return ensuring proper identification, packaging, and completeness
• Provide onsite technical support involving heavy lifting of equipment and modules
• Work in a clean-room production environment and/or laboratory setting
• Operate MHE and other power tools to support crating/de-crating and movement of material on site
• Maintain dock, elevator, vestibule, and laydown areas to conform with customer norms (housekeeping)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-1 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch
• Ability to work and operate in a clean room suit/bunny suit for extended periods
• Work in a fast-paced, clean room environment

Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday–Saturday, alternating Wednesdays (4 on, 3 on)

Pay

$23.60 per hour
