Responsibilities

• Ensure that the employees are trained and perform all tasks in a safe and productive manner.
• Ensure that the department is set up correctly before the start of the shift and before every break.
• Monitor for proper start-up.
• Provide training, classes, tools and skills for team members to be able to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively.
