About the Role
Under direct supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in a store or warehouse.
Schedule
2nd shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Monday–Wednesday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM Thursday–Friday
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods, check for damage, and verify discrepancies between goods and invoices
- Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
- Ensure proper routing of materials while transporting between departments
- Enter data into a database or computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records
- Retrieve stored information to respond to inquiries (e.g., stock transfer, inventory levels, or delivery schedules)
- Perform routine clerical activities such as updating stock cards, inventory records, and completing forms
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in material handling or prior warehouse experience
- Seeks efficiency in systems and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Oracle experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Works well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
Pay
The base pay for this position is $20.50 – $41.00 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
