Materials Compliance Engineer

Responsibilities
- Execute compliance activities related to regulations such as Prop65, REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFASE
- Evaluate BOMs and materials for compliance status and risk
- Support lifecycle compliance for new product development and sustaining products
- Interpret and apply global regulations to products, components, and suppliers
- Prepare compliance documentation, reports, and declarations for internal and external use
- Monitor and track regulatory changes and assess potential impacts
- Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and quality teams to resolve basic compliance issues
- Perform special projects and other duties as needed
Requirements
Working knowledge of materials regulations, strong attention to detail and organization skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental, Chemical, Environmental Science or a closely related discipline; or equivalent in experience. 2-5+ years of related work experience in compliance testing, regulatory compliance, sustainability, or environmental science-related field.

Competitive pay range for Minnesota is $74,000 to $92,000 per year. Additional benefits include:

Pay
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $74,000 to $92,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

The role is full-time.
