Responsibilities
- Lead logistics improvement activities for inbound and outbound material operations.
- Manage packaging improvement projects for local and imported parts.
- Oversee FI-11 operations, including truck scheduling, 5S/3S activities, and logistics process optimization.
- Manage forklift and tugger manpower while ensuring operational risk control and workplace safety.
- Coordinate internal logistics routes and optimize stock/storage areas.
- Lead on-site material logistics operations and warehousing activities.
- Manage OS&D (Overage, Shortage & Damage) processes, including assembly claims, import warehouse claims, RTV, compensation, and scrap activities.
- Conduct defect analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce material and packaging defects.
- Follow up on packaging improvement activities and process enhancements.
- Facilitate OS&D meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain daily claim reports, import material defect reports, and OS&D performance reports.
- Monitor and control material loss management (MTL Loss Management).
- Support supply stabilization activities by implementing best practices and improving material availability.
- Support service stabilization initiatives to ensure uninterrupted production and customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in material management, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics operations, inventory control, warehouse management, and material flow processes.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
- Korean/English bilingual communication skills preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
