Materials and Fulfillment Coordinator

Essential Functions
- Perform material receipt intake for all critical materials according to established OrganaBio procedures.
- Execute the pack-out of temperature-sensitive materials/products and facilitate pickup by approved transport vendors.
- Monitor material supply areas within the laboratory and facilities departments.
- Alert management when material inventory levels fall below established minimums or usage merits new orders.
- Aid in the induction of new materials and work cross-functionally to support vendor onboarding.
- Update product inventory databases and order fulfillment logs contemporaneously and accurately.
- Utilize enterprise systems (ERP) for tracking materials and products.
- Occasionally transfer products and materials to specified destinations, completing all chain of custody documentation.
- Complete appropriate training programs related to material transport and staff safety.
- Professionally engage with staff and vendors to ensure the workplace is safe and efficient.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Experience in materials management in a GMP/GLP environment is desired. Experience with shipment of medical/clinical materials is highly encouraged.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Experience with Data Ninja, Oracle NetSuite, or similar ERP software is highly recommended.

- Other Requirements: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
