Material Working Operator

About the role

• Use an RF device on foot to pick customer orders
• Build picking carts to process work in various areas of the site
• Help pick, pack, and ship out various products on-time, in temperature-controlled conditions, and undamaged
• Work in various climates (-20°C, 2° - 8°C, and 15° - 30°C) throughout the week during shifts (up to 10 hours at times)
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Collaborate with a diverse group of people

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Commitment to high-quality work every day
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
• Basic math and reading skills, along with basic computer operation skills
• Ability to receive, understand, and accurately respond to questions and directions from supervisors, managers, and other company personnel

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $31,910 - $43,879. Factors such as geography, market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications may affect starting pay within this range.
