Responsibilities
- Safely set up, run, and perform changeovers on complex, automated production machinery.
- Continuously monitor equipment gauges, process data, and product quality; interpret technical specifications and make critical adjustments as needed.
- Utilize computer interfaces for data entry, production tracking, and system reporting.
- Direct, support, and collaborate with production associates on your line to maintain steady workflow and safety standards.
- Adhere to strict corporate safety protocols, actively participating in maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, heavy manufacturing, converting, or continuous-process environment.
- Demonstrated ability to understand mechanical systems, use basic hand tools, and solve technical problems on the floor.
- Proficient in navigating computer interfaces, digital controls, or manufacturing software systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions, formulas, and quality blueprints/specifications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, navigate a manufacturing floor, and stand for extended periods.
- A strong track record of dependable attendance and a deep commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
Qualifications

Pay
$22.00/hour starting wage with a 6% Shift Differential for night shifts.
Schedule
12-Hour Rotating Night Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with a rotating schedule (e.g., working every other weekend or designated rotating days off).
