- Monitor daily supplier schedules and develop recovery plans if needed
- Maintain accurate inventory balances
- Communicate and Manage part break points with manufacturing
- Auxiliary in warehouse management, purchase parts inventory levels and storage
- Understand Material replenishment systems relative to purchase parts availability
- Work with suppliers and internal logistics to develop transportation plans
- Monitor Freight costs to budget
- Manage MRP system set up for supplier orders
- Support, review, and update department procedures
- Execute and support cycle counts
- Support Dock Clerk with material receipts and OS&D issues
- Complete other special assignments
