  • Track domestic and international purchases, supplier commitments, shipment status, delivery schedules, and material availability.
  • Follow up with procurement teams, suppliers, freight providers, and warehouse personnel regarding open purchase orders, lead times, backorders, shipping updates, and delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase status, delivery updates, receiving information, material allocations, and outstanding actions.
  • Aid in coordinating delivery timing and material flow to support project schedules and field-installation needs.

  • Communicate material-status updates clearly to project, procurement, warehouse, construction, and site teams.
  • Track open action items, material-related risks, delivery concerns, and required follow-up activities through resolution.
  • Aid in maintaining organized documentation for BOMs, material specifications, inventory records, purchase orders, shipment records, and project reports.
  • Support improvements to material-planning workflows, inventory reporting, documentation practices, and coordination processes.
  • Maintain a proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach while supporting multiple stakeholders and project deadlines.
