Essential Functions
- Ability to safely operate all required equipment and use packaging equipment.
- Pick up finished pallets and properly wrap on pallet wrapping machine, to ensure pallet integrity during transfer and shipment.
- Pick and pull Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
- Use handheld scanner device to track all inventory movement in an accurate and timely fashion.
- May support and/or help execute special projects related to continuous process improvement strategies and initiatives.
- Perform cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventories for real-time reporting.
- Maintain organization in the warehouse area.
- Perform other duties and participate in cross-training programs as needed.
Pay Rate
$19.00 per hour
Shift Hours
1:30pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday
Position Qualifications
- Knowledge/Skills: Be able to listen, understand and respond well to directions.
- Be able to read production documentation to ensure product integrity.
- Be able to read, interpret and enter inventory data and transactions via electronic devices.
- Successfully pass written forklift training and consistently demonstrate safe driving practices.
- Work well with others and contribute to a positive environment.
- Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and equipment, general knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s) a plus.
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior manufacturing and forklift experience is preferred.
- Previous experience with WMS and ERP preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners preferred.

The Material Management Technician I reports directly to the Material Management Team Manager and works with other departments as needed.
