This position is based in Milan, OH, on‑site, working the 2nd shift as a Production Material Technician (full‑time).

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment and complete Forklift/Order Picker Operators’ Daily Checklist.
• Properly maintain stock to designated areas using FIFO methods.
• Verify products while looking for nonconforming product during the picking process.
• Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area using 5‑S methods.
• Maintain good communication with leads, supervisors, and other departments.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and/or Work Instructions applicable to the appropriate job assignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree.
• Basic eye‑hand coordination.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge.
