Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain standardized systems and processes to ensure accurate, timely reporting and data integrity
- Partner with manufacturing and customers to align production schedules, transportation, and inventory levels to meet demand
- Drive team performance through coaching, development, and ongoing evaluation to meet current and future business needs
- Manage supplier relationships with a focus on performance, accountability, and alignment to operational objectives
- Oversee end-to-end material flow, ensuring timely procurement of production and service components
- Maintain and optimize PFEP (Plan for Every Part), ensuring effective Min/Max inventory levels across all locations
- Evaluate equipment and service capabilities to ensure alignment with production volumes and operational demands
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives across materials, logistics, and packaging functions
- Evaluate and implement packaging and logistics strategies, including premium freight reduction, routing optimization, and customer compliance (CLIPS)
- Monitor inventory health, cycle counts, and accuracy to consistently meet company targets
- Promote a safe work environment by adhering to and reinforcing emergency and safety protocols
- Support additional business needs and initiatives as required by leadership
