Pick and Assemble Materials
- Pick and assemble materials, parts, or components according to work orders, or production schedules.
- Verify kit contents for accuracy, completeness, and quality prior to release.
Inventory Management
- Update inventory records and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
- Aid in cycle counts, inventory audits, and other stock control activities.
Coordination and Communication
- Cook with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Stage materials for jobs to be processed in department (Welding).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Blueprint reading or Metal fabrication experience.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems and bills of materials.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (ERP or inventory management software experience a plus).
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to read and write English.
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred.

- Pay: $17-$19 based on experience.
