This unit focuses on delivering high-quality, reliable stove solutions, including wood, pellet, and gas models.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship Hearth & Home Technologies' industry-leading fireplaces, stoves and hearth products
• Use a variety of industrial material handling equipment, including forklifts, scanners, and shrink wrap machines, to safely and accurately label and move product for shipment to customers
• Work within a team-driven environment to move quality products safely and improve efficiencies
• Support Lean Manufacturing principles with emphasis on flow—where slow is smooth, and smooth becomes fast

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, decimals)
• Proficient in reading and writing
• 1 year of work experience
• Forklift driving experience preferred
• Current forklift or tugger certification or ability to obtain such is required
• Bronze level BPI certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 0-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
