About the Role
This position reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily an in-person material handling role. The successful candidate will work closely with the Supply Chain team, performing material handling, order picking, shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse support functions. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can safely perform physical tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day movement of materials throughout the facility.
- Pick parts for production and customer orders.
- Stage and organize materials.
- Receive inbound shipments and prepare outbound shipments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform occasional forklift operation; most work is hands-on material handling.
- Conduct local deliveries and pickups as required.
- Verify accuracy of shipments by validating material receipt with packing lists and/or purchase orders.
- Perform receiving inspection and process items for outbound shipments.
- Package, transport, distribute, and maintain materials.
- Receive, store, issue, and deliver equipment and materials.
- Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma is required; an Associate Degree or higher is preferred.
- Previous in-person warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is preferred.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
- Basic understanding of material handling workflows.

- Prolonged periods walking throughout manufacturing and warehouse areas.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
