About the role

Responsibilities

• Packaging, banding, weighing, and staging materials for processing
• Loading and unloading parts with precision and care
• Built arbors and assisting in setting up machines using advanced systems
• Performing quality checks to ensure excellence in every product
• Working in a supportive team that values communication and safety

Requirements

• Starting Pay: $20/hour + $0.55/hour 3rd shift differential

Schedule

• 1st shift: 6am-6pm - 12-hour shifts (Continental schedule)
• Example of 48 Hour Week: Work Monday & Tuesday / Off Wednesday & Thursday / Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Sunday is included in the 36-hour week)
• Example of 36 Hour Week: Off Monday & Tuesday / Work Wednesday & Thursday / Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
