Overview

Individual contributor that works under close supervision; follows established processes to perform routine tasks. Typically has limited to no prior knowledge or qualification.

Purpose

Follows routines to achieve day-to-day objectives.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving
• Warehousing
• Order filling, picking, and packing
• Executing inventory control processes and records management
• Dispatch
• Developing transport schedules, methods, and routes
• Analyzing and projecting transportation costs
• Operating low complexity motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment
• Maintaining, loading, packing, and driving vehicles
• Evaluating, selecting, and managing ongoing relationships with external transport providers (e.g., fuel suppliers, trucking/shipping companies)
• Acquiring and managing fleet vehicles

Qualifications & Experience

• Work requires limited to no job knowledge
• Typically requires no prior experience

Pay

Phoenix, AZ: $20.00–$27.00 hourly
