About the Role

Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing sophisticated supply chain solutions to our valued customers. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in supporting operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility
• Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment
• Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
• Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner
• Adhere to the 7S program
• Maintain a clean environment at all times
• Work in a safe manner that protects you and your team members

Requirements

• To be at least 18 years of age
• The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience using a handheld scanner

Skills

• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment
• Tolerance for hot or cold warehouse environments
