Material Handler (PREMISE) - 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Safe handling and transport of high-value, oversized manufactured products using mobile equipment.
• Fiber put-up to appropriate inventory locations using hand-held scanners and manual data entry.
• Daily release of discrete jobs and maintenance of material flow from Gateway to be issued.
• Update Excel spreadsheets, perform inventory checks and adjustments, and conduct Oracle inventory transactions.
• Support raw material cycle counts and supply/demand planning.
• Support incoming/outgoing WOP and WIP goods.
• Interact with multiple organizational levels to support warehouse and manufacturing needs.
• Cross-functional responsibilities including Gateway, stock, puller, receiving/inventory control, and shipping to support Warehouse/Logistics needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse experience, preferably cross-functional/multi-department for maximum flexibility.
• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience in a warehouse environment (Propane and battery/electric sit-down models).
• Cycle count experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Adherence to safety rules and regulations per company policy.
• Skilled in MS Office, including Excel; Oracle and handheld scanner experience desired.
• Professional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple organizational levels, including management.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on error-free results.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Leadership experience or qualities in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.

2-2-3 Schedule (7am–7pm).
