Responsibilities
- Safe handling and transport of high-value, oversized manufactured products using mobile equipment.
- Fiber put-up to appropriate inventory locations using hand-held scanners and manual data entry.
- Daily release of discrete jobs and maintenance of material flow from Gateway to be issued.
- Update Excel spreadsheets, perform inventory checks and adjustments, and conduct Oracle inventory transactions.
- Support raw material cycle counts and supply/demand planning.
- Support incoming/outgoing WOP and WIP goods.
- Interact with multiple organizational levels to support warehouse and manufacturing needs.
- Cross-functional responsibilities including Gateway, stock, puller, receiving/inventory control, and shipping to support Warehouse/Logistics needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 2+ years of Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse experience, preferably cross-functional/multi-department for maximum flexibility.
- Minimum of 2 years forklift experience in a warehouse environment (Propane and battery/electric sit-down models).
- Cycle count experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
- Adherence to safety rules and regulations per company policy.
- Skilled in MS Office, including Excel; Oracle and handheld scanner experience desired.
- Professional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple organizational levels, including management.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on error-free results.
- Flexibility to work weekends.
- Leadership experience or qualities in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus.

Schedule
2-2-3 Schedule (7am–7pm).
