Material Handler-Picker

About the role

Reeb®, an SBP Brand, is seeking a Material Handler‑Picker to pull customer orders from the warehouse, stage and/or load them at the assigned dock area, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manually pick and stage correct warehouse items at the appropriate loading dock location
• Use a hand‑held scanner to locate items and move them to the appropriate dock door
• Move any damaged or non‑conforming items to the appropriate area for reclaim or RTV
• Operate a forklift and order picker as required
• Conduct all activities safely, adhering to company safety standards
• Inspect product as pulled and/or loaded to meet company quality standards
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization on the loading dock and warehouse aisles
• Strive to meet team efficiency targets for items pulled without compromising accuracy
• Assist with unloading or loading trucks when necessary
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Six months to one year of related experience preferred.

• Ability to read and understand English
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Good hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead, or co‑worker
• Forklift/Cherry picker experience
