On-siteOTHR$20.58–$22.69/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting: - Intro: "Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Material Handler - Night Shift. The rate range for this position is $20.58 - $22.69 per hour with with scheduled pay increases at 6 months and 1 year of service. The core hours for this role are Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm until 7:30 am. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Eaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the spinoff closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time." - Then "What You’ll Do" list of duties. - Then "Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications:" list. - Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. - Then "Position Criteria" list. - Then "Physical Demands" list. - Then EEO etc (remove). - Then benefits statement: "We know that good benefit programs are important to employees and their families. Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits as well as Retirement benefits, and several programs that provide for paid and unpaid time away from work. Click here for more detail: Eaton Benefits Overview. Please note that specific programs and options available to an employee may depend on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements." - Then "#IND123" (maybe job ID, remove). We need sections: About the role (intro description), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (maybe basic qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe position criteria?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay range and scheduled increases. So Pay section can include that. Schedule: core hours Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30am. Benefits: we have statement about benefits; we can include that. About the role: maybe a brief description of the role and division? The intro includes division seeking Material Handler - Night Shift, plus some corporate spinoff info. That could be About the role. Responsibilities: the bullet list under "What You’ll Do". Requirements: maybe "Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications:" list. Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications". Skills: maybe "Position Criteria" (skills like problem solving, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, follow-through). Also maybe "Physical Demands" could be part of Requirements? But we can treat Physical Demands as part of Requirements or maybe separate? The instruction says use sections only when posting has real specific content. We have Physical Demands content; we could include under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Physical Demands". But we only have allowed headings list; we cannot create new headings not in list. So we must fit Physical Demands into one of the allowed headings. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Probably Requirements includes basic qualifications and physical demands. We'll include physical demands under Requirements. Skills: we can put Position Criteria (problem solving, communication, teamwork, attention to detail, follow-through). Also maybe basic computer skills etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, scam warning, etc. Remove those paragraphs. We must preserve all substantive information: we need to keep the spinoff announcement, pay range, scheduled increases, core hours, duties, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, position criteria, physical demands, benefits statement. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics: e.g., "Operate forklifts, lifting aids, and overhead hoists to safely move, stage, load, and unload materials, including truck deliveries, while ensuring accurate flow and distribution for the Clutch or Manufacturing departments." etc. We need to format as HTML: use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide which content is prose vs list. - About the role: could be prose paragraph(s). We'll put the intro text (excluding pay and schedule maybe? Actually pay and schedule go to their own sections). So About the role could include division seeking Material Handler - Night Shift, plus spinoff announcement. We'll keep that as prose. - Pay: we have rate range $20.58 - $22.69 per hour with scheduled pay increases at 6 months and 1 year of service. Also note that salary information is a general guideline only; salaries based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, market and business considerations. Also mention that compensation and benefits initially based on Eaton's plans, and if spinoff closes, new company will provide further details. That's substantive. We'll put that in Pay section as prose maybe with some details. - Schedule: core hours Monday through Friday from 11:00 pm until 7:30 am. Also maybe mention work scheduled overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays (that's under responsibilities). But schedule section should contain the core hours. We'll put that. - Benefits: we have statement about Eaton provides various Health and Welfare benefits, Retirement benefits, programs for paid/unpaid time away, click here for more detail, note eligibility factors. We'll put that as prose. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "What You’ll Do". We'll make

    • each duty. - Requirements: combine basic qualifications and physical demands. We'll list each as
    • . Basic qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; Forklift experience; Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support (no CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, etc); No relocation; Only candidates within 50 miles of Kings Mountain, NC facility considered. Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly; Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Also maybe mention must pass forklift examination upon hire and operate safely (that's under Position Criteria? Actually that is under Position Criteria list). We'll decide. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Excel, Oracle, FCS, WMS, Premium Freight Database, UPS website, Outlook; Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly operation. - Skills: Position Criteria: Must pass forklift examination upon hire and operate safely; Proficiency in maintaining inventory transaction accuracy; Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Windows‑based software; Strong problem‑solving skills; Strong verbal communication skills; Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; High attention to detail; Consistent follow‑through on assigned tasks. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. The Position Criteria includes some overlapping with basic qualifications (forklift examination). We'll keep as is. Now we must not include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove those paragraphs. Also remove "#IND123". Now produce HTML fragment. We need to ensure we don't add extra headings for empty sections. Let's craft:
