About the role

We’re looking for a Production Operator in Seward, NE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer sales orders are accurately packaged and ready to ship.
• Manage Inventory Control by comparing bill of lading to ensure precise amounts of materials are received.
• Verify raw material counts match inventory reported in systems.
• Conduct Cycle Counting of inventory and meet shipping dates.
• Accountable for warehouse equipment and documentation.
• Responsible for the proper use and care of all fork trucks and equipment used.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work well both individually and within a group.
• Able and willing to work all shifts/schedules as needed.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds, climbing stairs, kneeling, stooping, sitting, and walking extensively throughout a 10–12-hour shift.
• This position requires frequent indoor work in a cooled sanitary environment with temperatures of 45 degrees or below.
• Frequent exposure to loud production equipment.
