Material handler Lead 2nd shift
About the role
The Material Handler Lead/ Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are available to manufacturing lines, managing inventory movements, handling scrap and recycling processes, receiving and storing materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
