The Material Handler IV (Lead) is responsible for coordinating and supporting the daily activities of the warehouse material handling team and may be required to perform material movement and inventory functions. This hands-on leadership position ensures the safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, replenishment, and shipment of products. The Lead serves as a resource for team members, assists with training and work assignments, monitors workflow and productivity, and helps maintain inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and operational excellence throughout the facility. May be required to be forklift certified.
