About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Material Handler III to join our team. This role plays a key part in advancing our mission and making a real difference.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving, inspection, storage, picking, shipping, internal material movement)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through ERP transactions (e.g., Dynamics 365) and cycle counting activities
- Lead investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies and non-routine operational issues
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety standards; maintain audit-ready documentation
- Operate and ensure proper use of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, stock pickers)
- Support manufacturing operations through timely and accurate material staging and delivery
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service levels
- Provide guidance and informal leadership to junior team members; support onboarding and training
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure effective material flow
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- An associate degree or relevant certification preferred
- 4+ years’ experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and warehouse processes
- Experience working within ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Experience in a cGMP/GDP-regulated environment preferred
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
