Responsibilities

• Process in-coming and out-going orders, generating delivery/shipping documents.
• Liaise with internal and external transport companies for timely shipments.
• Ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits and clearance of shipments.
• Investigate and address non-conformance issues, recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools, typically obtained through work experience or vocational/technical education.
• Ability to work under moderate supervision, handling routine problems with occasional interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
• Effective communication skills to convey information requiring explanation or interpretation.
