Responsibilities
- Ensures inventory accuracy meets management expectations
- Executes picking and put-away of materials
- Executes inventory cycle counts and material reconciliations
- Ensures packaging of finished goods is completed seamlessly to sustain production runs
- Executes shipping and receiving processes
- Provides backup to Materials Lead
- Provides coverage for Material Handler I
- Complies with all procedures and policies concerning quality and medical device regulations
- Provides training to materials team as scheduled by the Materials Lead
- Complies with Employee Handbook, the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, and Company policies
- Performs other work-related duties and special projects as required
- Ensures compliance with a safe work environment according to federal, state, and Northgate policies and OSHA if applicable
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a Material Handler or similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read and write and communicate in English
- Computer literacy
- Able to learn NTI warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) and obtain required certifications
- Prior experience with an ERP system
- Previous inventory management experience
- Experience within medical devices
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a Material Handler or similar role

- Interpersonal skills
- Reading and writing in English
- Computer literacy
- Ability to learn warehouse equipment and obtain certifications
- ERP system experience
- Inventory management experience
- Experience in medical devices
