About the Role

Serving the fleet maintenance industry since 1958, Imperial is a national distributor of quality maintenance products. We are seeking a Full-Time Material Handler II to join our team at our Jenkins Township, PA Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders safely and accurately using powered industrial equipment
• Cycle count using powered industrial equipment
• Box and check picked product
• Package inbound material using package labeling system and printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical stapler, and shrink wrapping
• Document packaging activity using radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry
• Maintain stock of packaging supplies at packaging stations
• Pick orders using safe operation of powered industrial equipment, label printers, radio frequency scanners and keyboard data entry
• Perform cart put away using powered industrial equipment
• Restock and pick using powered industrial equipment
• Assist with inventory counting

Requirements

• A High School diploma/GED equivalent
• One (1) year of general knowledge of distribution/manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Standing and walking for most of the day in a warehouse environment
