Material Handler II

Position Summary Picks/pulls materials from stock using computerized manufacturing work orders and pick lists. Principal Activities Receive purchased component items using JDE systemPut away all inbound materialsMaintain accurate inventory records on all raw materials; process all required paperwork pertaining to materialsOperate forklift to load and unload trucks as well as move materialsMay be cross-trained in shipping function to assist shipping personnel as neededPerform other duties as necessary Candidate Requirements Knowledge Skills & Abilities Forklift experience a plusFamiliarity with JDEAttention to detail is criticalMust work with sense of urgencyEffective communication and problem solving skillsMust have excellent verbal communication skillsMust support and work in a team environmentMust be able to lift 25 lbs on a frequent basis and be able to work standing and walking most of the dayExcellent attendance record and solid performance recordMust be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalentMust have good reading skills and basic math skills
