Material Handler II - 2nd Shift(Onsite)

Schedule

2nd shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare merchandise for shipping
• Operate forklift, crane, or other conveyance machinery
• Maintain records of materials and merchandise
• Check invoices and bills of lading
• Schedule shop loading and control in-process inventories
• Verify accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries
• Label incoming products and store in assigned locations
• Identify and locate products during delivery process
• Maintain and update stock and inventory accounts
• Conduct maintenance on handling equipment
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve missing, incorrect, or damaged deliveries
• Comply with warehouse safety rules and guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D. in the U.S.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant warehouse experience
