Material Handler II - 2nd Shift

About the role

This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Operate various powered industrial equipment, primarily a reach truck, to transport component materials between production departments and stage/storage locations.
• Use SAP/ERP for inputs and outputs, and transport finished and semi-finished goods from production departments to shipping or other appropriate locations.
• Perform quality inspections on materials, processes, and finished goods.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate documentation.
• Identify and report quality issues or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure orders meet customer specifications and service level expectations.
• Support audits, process checks, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience operating a reach truck.
• One to two years of relevant work experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of WMS (warehouse management system) pertaining to warehouse activities required.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
