About the role

Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders to ensure safety, quality, and performance goals are met daily.

Responsibilities

• Pull raw material request orders for delivery to specified work centers in production and properly scan using an RF device.
• Supply required consumables to production areas and handle disposal of waste (e.g., bad pallets, recyclables).
• Return material to the raw warehouse, consolidate into existing bays where possible, and scan upon put away.
• Follow all safety procedures, including safety startup checklists, reporting equipment problems, wearing required PPE, participating in 6S events, and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Report any scrap, damaged product, or quality problems to the team leader/supervisor immediately.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers; willingness to take on additional responsibility and support as assigned.

Requirements

• One to four (1-4) years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Good communication skills, English fluency (verbal and written).
• Forklift operator authorization and demonstrated ability in safe equipment operation, including elevated locations (heights).
• Ability to comply with manufacturer’s weight limit to wear required safety tether for picking at elevated locations.
• Demonstrated ability in proper freight handling; working knowledge of hazardous shipping rules and regulations.
• Willingness to work, follow instructions, and collaborate with teammates.
• Reading ability sufficient to identify labels and understand written documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills

• Skills in operating a forklift, reach truck, and order picker are preferred but not required (applicant will complete company-powered industrial truck certification training and operate an order picker within the first 3 months).

Pay

Compensation range: $13.60 - $17.34 - $21.07 USD. Target cash profit sharing: 5.00%. Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent.
