Material Handler I - 1st Shift - (Grocery Store Door/Frame)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, including cycle counting and stock rotation.
• Understand and use warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting inventory.
• Solve basic problems related to orders or inventory discrepancies.
• Read and interpret work instructions.
• Perform basic computer functions related to data entry.
• Organize efficiently for optimal space utilization and inventory management.
• Lift, move, and handle materials safely.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Use and accurately read measuring devices (tape measures).
• Use hand tools (hammer, wrench, level, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Use a computer with basic proficiency (data entry).
