Material Handler (1st shift)

Responsibilities
- Movement of work-in-progress material on the production floor
- Finished goods staging
- Truck loading
- Raw material receiving
- Raw material and finished goods preparation and management
- Preparation of paperwork for materials on the floor
- Handling of scrap parts
- Operating a forklift
- Using handheld plasma
- Using an acetylene torch
- Overhead crane usage (5 & 10 ton)
- Rigging
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Forklift experience required
- Acetylene torch and handheld plasma experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work under general supervision
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, fork lift experience, and basic math skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with acetylene torches and handheld plasma, and proficiency in operating precision instruments.
