Material Handler/Forklift Operator

About the role

WSI is currently seeking Material Handlers/Forklift Operators in Burkville, AL.

Responsibilities

• Receives and inspects material for quality and quantity
• Operates material handling equipment to receive, store, process orders, and ship material
• Performs receiving and shipping inspections to ensure no damage is apparent and documentation is available
• Carries out physical material inventories to establish, maintain, and document the receipt, shipment, and control of sample inventories

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Reliable and safety-minded
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Forklift certified or able to obtain certification
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Willing and eager to learn
