Responsibilities

• Picking, shipping, and receiving products while following safety and quality procedures.
• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently.
• Using RF handheld devices to keep inventory accurate and organized.
• Inspecting goods for quality and ensuring everything matches invoices and purchase orders.
• Loading/unloading supplies and finished products with precision.

Requirements

• Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment (1-3+ years preferred).
• Certified forklift operator with skills in both battery and propane forklifts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in distribution or warehousing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Attention to detail and a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Basic math and computer skills, and the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to lift and move items individually or as part of a team (up to 40 lbs.).

Work Environment

• Hands-on, active role requiring physical tasks like lifting, bending, and moving items.
• Operating forklifts and equipment safely in a warehouse setting.
• Keeping things tidy and organized in shared work areas.
• Following strict safety and quality procedures to ensure a smooth workflow.
