Material Handler (CDL)
Position Overview
The Material Handler supports smooth and organized material flow throughout the shop. This role moves parts, manages documentation, supports machine fluid maintenance, assists with chip removal and helps ensure work areas remain clean, safe and production-ready.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 3 years of related experience
- Current fork truck certification required
- Certified forklift license required
- CDL preferred or willingness to obtain CDL
- Strong organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to ensure proper product location and documentation accuracy
- Responsible, dependable and safety-focused work style
Work Environment
This role works in a precision manufacturing environment supporting material movement, machining operations, maintenance support, shop organization and general production flow. The position requires safe operation around machines, forklifts, cranes, tooling, coolant, chips and manufacturing equipment.
