Material Handler - B Shift (Storm Lake Pork)

About the role

This position is responsible for entry-level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The role is located in the cold-side storage of this pork processing facility. The facility operates 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks in a cold work environment (average temperature ranges from 15°F to -15°F, depending on the area).
• Stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach in all areas of the facility.
• Engage in repetitive lifting of boxes weighing between 10-100 lbs.

Requirements

• Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work all shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).

Pay

Starting pay: $23.90 per hour.
