Material Handler

About the role

This is a hands-on warehouse role where your efficiency and safety habits directly support our operations. You'll load and unload trucks, manage material movement and palletization, inspect for damage, and keep the warehouse clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks efficiently and safely
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of products to prevent damage during transportation
• Perform material handling and palletization, including strapping and stacking operations
• Inspect materials visually for damage and properly dispose of cardboard, plastic, and recyclables
• Maintain a neat and clean warehouse appearance and assist in receiving and prepping orders

Requirements

• Are familiar with general warehouse procedures, policies, goals, and objectives
• Can use power tools properly and operate machinery like a pallet jack safely
• Follow safety policies and procedures closely
• Can stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods through the shift
• Are dependable, safety-conscious, and a good team player
• Communicate clearly with teammates

Pay

Compensation: 17.00 – 17.50, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)

Schedule

Mon–Fri 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM
